From East:
New York State Thruway (87 North/287 West) to Exit 14 (Nanuet/Spring Valley). At the end of the exit make a right turn onto Route 59W. At the first traffic light, make a right onto New Clarkstown Road. Continue straight through 3 traffic lights. We are the first driveway on left (95 New Clarkstown Road). We are located in the large green building!

From West:

Go past BMW dealership (on right); turn left at light (New Clarkstown Road). Go straight through three lights. We are the first driveway on left (95 New Clarkstown Road). We are located in the large green building!
From New Jersey via Garden State Parkway North:
Garden State Parkway North, stay right. Exit at “Nanuet Only.” At the end of the exit ramp, go left onto Route 35N, Pascack Road. Go through one-way tunnel and turn right (still on 35N). Go through light. Our driveway is on the right (see white sign "Warriner Smith Building"). Go up driveway and bear left into the parking lot. We are located in the large green building!
From Middletown Road:
Turn West on to Smith Road. Turn right at the second light. (New Clarkstown Road) Turn left into our driveway #95. We are located in the large green building!
From Route 17 Upstate/Orange County (Palisades Parkway North):
Route 17 South to Harriman Exit (Route 6). Take Route 6 East to Palisades Parkway South. Stay on Palisades Parkway until Exit 10 (Middletown Road). Turn right onto West Clarkstown Road. Go up hill ½ mile and turn left at the light onto New Clarkstown Road. You will pass condos and homes. Care Crafters will be in the large green building on your right (95 New Clarkstown Road).
To Return to Upstate/Orange County via Palisades Parkway:
When leaving driveway, make a left onto New Clarkstown Road. Go straight through two lights. At the end of West Clarkstown Road (three miles) make a left onto New Hempstead Road. Go 100 yards and turn left onto Palisades Parkway North.
